Cop found not to blame in off-duty wreck

S.R., a police officer, suffered injuries to his hips and lower back when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident while off-duty. His accident occurred while he was trying to cross a highway and was struck by another vehicle. A key issue in the case was who was at fault for the accident. ICBC took the position that S.R. was to blame for the accident. Mr. Cameron assisted S.R. at trial and the other driver was found to be 90% to blame for the accident. S.R. received over $125,000 in damages for his injuries.
