Case pokes holes in ICBC Low Velocity Impact policy

N.G. was a Starbucks barista who was injured when her vehicle was rear-ended. ICBC denied her any compensation on the basis of its low velocity impact program. Mr. Cameron took on her case and by the time of trial N.G. had become an RCMP officer. N.G. was awarded over $25,000 in compensation by the Court.
