Construction worker awarded over $120,000 in damages for his injuries and lost earnings

K.P.W. was a construction worker who injured his back in a motor vehicle accident. Prior to trial I.C.B.C. was prepared to offer him only $42,000 for his injuries and the impact on his employment. Mr. Cameron took the matter to the BC Supreme Court and K.P.W. was eventually awarded over $120,000 in damages for his injuries and lost earnings.
