Police officer awarded over $100,000 after being rammed by a stolen vehicle

E.J. Injured his back and neck when he was rammed by a stolen vehicle. His injuries compromised some of the overtime opportunities available to him in the police. Mr. Cameron conducted a trial for E.J. in B.C. Supreme Court. Prior to the trial ICBC offered E.J $50,000. E.J was awarded over $120,000 at trial.
